There are many causes of stress in the workplace, some could include juggling work and personal lives (20%), a lack of job security (6%), but the big hitters are people issues (28%), and workload (46%). Those percentages came from the American Institute of Stress, and they also show that 62% of employees end the day with work-related neck pain, experience trouble sleeping, have stressed-out eyes, and hurting hands - many even call in sick because of job stress.
