Here are a few things you can expect from your first few visits with Absolute Wellness Center!


New Client Procedures & Paperwork

We are committed to educating you on the benefits of neurologically based chiropractic care. Our office is different than other chiropractic clinics at the Lake of the Ozarks, and we take pride in this. Part of this will be obvious from the very first visit with us. Here are the things you will accomplish as you start your first visit and become a patient at our office!

Paperwork
There will be some brief paperwork to fill out. It just provides us with general information about you and your lifestyle, along with the goals that you want to reach in your health journey.

Consultation
After you have completed the paperwork, one of our doctors will review your concerns and answer any questions that you may have. This is also when we will discuss the types of care that we offer in our office and get your commitment to move forward with care.

Examination
This is where our practice is set apart, we will perform a 12-minute computerized test called our NeuroInfiniti SRE test. It’s a non-invasive exam using an instrument found in research facilities around the world. We’ll attach sensors to your skin in areas around your hold muscles, the top of your head, your forearms, and your hands. This test will allow us to compare your neurological response and recovery to stress challenges. It’s a very effective and accurate method of measuring how your nervous system is adapting and responding. We will also have you perform a basic motion and movement evaluation.

X-Ray Studies
At your first visit, we will also get your x-rays taken. These allow us to better assess your structural framework and determine if certain adaptive patterns have developed. We can also assist in developing the most effective care plans and rule out more serious conditions.

First Day Care
After we finish with the examination, and all appropriate studies are completed, you will be set up on a passive therapy that is best for your situation to help promote healing, decrease inflammation, and reduce muscle spasms. What will NOT happen on your first visit? A chiropractic adjustment will not be apart of your first-day care. Our team wants to properly review your examination and x-ray findings so that we can determine the proper course of care specific to YOUR needs.
